  1. Jul 2019 – Present

    Software Engineer

    Self-employed / Remote

    Production web and mobile products in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and React Native, released to the App Store and Google Play.

    • Design reusable components and application structure. Improve performance, maintainability, and code quality.
    • Integrate REST APIs, real-time sockets, Stripe, push notifications, deep links, and third-party SDKs. Diagnose production issues.
    • Use Python for scripting, data checks, and algorithmic problem-solving beside the JavaScript and TypeScript work.
    • Turn requirements and Figma into UI, including English/Arabic with full LTR and RTL.
    • Add LLM features with OpenAI API and Azure AI Services: prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI evaluation before a draft is sent.

  2. Jan 2018 – Jun 2019

    Mobile App Developer

    Production React Native apps from wireframes, with a structure the team could keep.

    • Reusable components and a maintainable frontend.
    • Features and API integrations in JavaScript, React Native, and Redux.
    • Frontend input for the rest of the team.
